You know its good to reflect on occassions that have happened, whether they are negative or positive moments. As its a reflection of who you are today.

I too have learnt to be thankful and I am truely thankful for meeting you both and for keeping in touch and all that we have learnt together. Even with your loss good memories will always be there.

More great times are a head and your thanks giving will be a joyous one.

Hi Paulette,

I hear you load and clear. Yes we will miss our loved one’s and it is at times as such as these that we miss them most. But as you stated lets remember the good times.

Now there is nothing wrong with reflecting but remember that the process of reflecting is an acumulation of negative or positive thoughts in action. You become what you think about in that moment in time.

Let our thoughts always be of the good times.

Hi Paulette, I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and the family is well. I think your Reflections post was excellent. It did resonate with me, living abroad for so long I needed to be reminded of what is happening at home. I had a chance to call them as they were recovering from their meal we reminisced about our family gatherings and there was so much laughter. Thank you
