Paulette--the quote is awesome! I really believe that we should live life without stress and worry. The problem: BIG or small should get the same reaction! Time is too short to get upset. You can't change things once they've happened. You just have to fix it, learn from it, and move on to bigger and better things! Life is truley great if you take the time to appreciate it! When you are your authentic self and fully present, you can’t help but perform to the best of your ability in any situation whether it is extreme or not and you do it naturally, without effort or having to think about it
