Stop Begging! Start Manifesting Part 2

Allow Yourself to Receive
What do you mean I’m not open to receive? Just try me. I’m ready. Really I am.??
If we truly are ready, why are we so busy asking the universe over and over again for what we want as if the order we placed in the catalog didn’t go thru? When we do that, we don’t hear or see the answer(s) the universe is providing right in front of us.
Gratitude
I believe that sincere gratitude, with no conditions attached and giving are both necessary to receive. What I’ve found is real gratitude brings peace and joy to the soul.
The kind of gratitude I’m talking about is gratitude without conditions.
You all know what I’m talking about. There are times we say I am so grateful for….but….
Recently, for me, it was finding sincere gratitude to have a place to live. Since selling our home, my husband and I along with two cats are living in a 32 foot RV. We have just a little over 300 sq. ft. Mind you we came from 2200 sq. ft.
We have been looking for a home for a month and nothing seems to be coming together. One day a couple of weeks ago when telling my woes to a dear friend, when I realized my gratitude had strings attached to it.
Immediately I began looking at my current circumstances with real appreciation and gratitude. You see my perfect home cannot manifest itself unless I am truly grateful and accepting of where I am now.
Joy has returned and house hunting has become an adventure. It is so much easier to think of my desires and leave it to the universe to bring it to me. In the meantime, I am joyful in our little home.
Gratitude is a prayer giving honor to God. Think about it. Gratitude brings peace and prepares us to hear the voice from within so we can receive our hearts desires.
Learn to be still inside so you can hear and become aware of the opportunities around you. When you feel the nudge to move in a particular direction, move in that direction and don’t question. Most importantly be aware of what you are thinking.
Hint: Your actions are a reflection of your thinking; your thinking is a reflection of what your subconscious mind believes.
So if you don’t like what your circumstances are right now, you have to ask yourself:
- Are my actions in line with what I want?
- If not, then ask is my thinking serving me well? Moving me in the direction of what I want?
- If not, then decide to begin to deal with what’s holding you back.
The greatest work we will ever have in our lifetime is the work of dealing with the non-useful, limiting beliefs we have about ourselves and our world.
Be Patient With Yourself
You did not accumulate limiting beliefs overnight. You’ve accumulated them your whole life. So why do you expect everything to change in a week? 30 days? 90 days? A year?
Relax, be patient with yourself. When you are ready, what you want will come to you. Your job is to work on you. This work is ongoing and it is a fabulous journey of personal growth, the development of faith and belief, and exciting opportunities.
