Beliefs can be changed. Yup. They can be changed. (I know you know this; I'm just saying it because it goes here. It's the Truth.) So, if a belief is something you think over and over again, then a way to change that belief is to think something ELSE over and over again. (It ain't easy, let me tell ya. But it can be done, thank goodness, otherwise I wouldn't be here.)
